Location: Leeds City Centre. Office 3 days a week.

At Primo, we don’t just manage accounts — we grow businesses. That’s why we’re looking for an Amazon Account Manager who is accountable for client performance, thrives in a client-facing role, and can deliver real strategic impact.

Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, you’ll work closely with our team, supporting campaigns that drive traffic, boost conversions, and grow brand visibility. You’ll gain skills across Amazon Advertising, marketplace SEO, content creation, data analysis, and social media marketing, with an emphasis on understanding what makes content resonate with audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the creation, optimisation, and reporting of Amazon PPC campaigns and sponsored ads.

  • Support the management and optimisation of other marketplaces (eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop, etc.).

  • Research keywords, trends, and competitor activity to inform growth strategies.

  • Help write and optimise product listings, titles, bullet points, and descriptions for SEO.

  • Create and schedule engaging marketplace and social content, including for Amazon Brand Stores, A+ Content, and TikTok.

  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports for clients.

  • Stay up to date with emerging social media trends and identify opportunities for brands to connect with audiences.

  • Learn to use tools such as Helium 10, Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Ads Manager, and other marketplace platforms.

  • Assist with client communications and administrative tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • A genuine interest in digital marketing, eCommerce, and social media.

  • An active curiosity about platforms like TikTok and what makes content perform well.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

  • A proactive mindset – willing to try new tools, analyse results, and learn quickly.

  • A-Levels (or equivalent) or above.

  • An individual with a growth mindset, hunger to learn, and a desire to be accountable and drive their own career. This won’t be your normal 9-5 role. It’ll be fast-paced, demanding, fun and hugely rewarding. Primo will be a cut above everyone else, so you will be too!
